Guided Customer Success Assessment ($699)

In addition to the full 30-page report that includes areas where you are doing well and where you are challenged with your Customer Success capabilities, the DGE Customer Success Maturity Model ™ and DGE Customer Success Benchmarks™, you will schedule an online meeting with Bob and he will review the report findings and recommendations and answer any questions you have during a one-hour session.


Personalized Customer Success Assessment ($999)

Once you have completed the assessment, in addition to the full 30-page report that includes areas where you are doing well and where you are challenged with your Customer Success capabilities, the DGE Customer Success Maturity Model ™ and DGE Customer Success Benchmarks™.  Bob Dunn will complete a detailed review of your results and he will organize two 90-minute online sessions with you to review the findings and recommendations in detail, giving you a clear path and strategy to move forward.
